I think it takes about ten gallons. I recommend using a paint brush as well.

As Hoosier pointed out, they make a kit for that. The large car kit comes with 4 gallons, plus a sprayer and accessories,

Wow, what a bunch of unhelpful and sarcastic replies you got. But in saying that, there are more appropriate places to ask this question ie www.dipyourcar.com

I'm not about to Plasti Dip my car, but it is a very innovative and interesting application of this product. If you do it, I'll be curious to see your results and whether you're happy with it.
