I think it takes about ten gallons. I recommend using a paint brush as well.

As Hoosier pointed out, they make a kit for that. The large car kit comes with 4 gallons, plus a sprayer and accessories,

Oh well in that case I recommend using a crane and a large above ground pool. Just make sure you close the doors.

I'm not about to Plasti Dip my car, but it is a very innovative and interesting application of this product. If you do it, I'll be curious to see your results and whether you're happy with it.
