P2259 causing P2096?

So I’ve been chasing issues in this car like a chicken with my head cut off.
Yesterday I plugged in the OB2 Pocket Scanner and it showed me codes P2259, P2010, and then a P2259 again.
I think my Air Pump is going bad, or is bad. I’ve checked the connector and the wires and they both seem to be fine. The wires aren’t compromised and the connector looked fine.
I was driving a little spirited this morning because I was late to work. The P2010 from the APV is gone, I’m assuming the valaves were just gunked up a bit. There is now a P2096 in its place. The scanner read P2259, P2096, P2259, in that order.

Could the Air Pump fault be causing the lean code? With the ignition on, engine off, I hear a hum from behind the IM. It’s not a steady noise, the sound kind of pulses a bit. I’m assuming it’s coming from the Air Pump.

I’m about to take a leasurely stroll around town to see if it, P2096, will come back after clearing it, or if it only comes on after driving hard.

Mods:
Gutted cat
Supposed Bridgeport, but the guy that owned the car before me is rotary illiterate.
The car is tuned in some way because the gutted cat doesn’t throw a CEL.
Maybe 2,000 on rebuild. (Was at 50 when purchased)
148,860 on the dash.
