P0300, p0301, p0506...Rx8 idles bad at cold start but after warm up acts normal.

New here and seek wisdom. I got these three codes this morning, i looked for similarities in other threads that have this but doesnt seem that anyone has a difinitive answer. I see people with the same symptoms. I change the plugs coils and wires and it idles really bad on warm up as if only one rotor was firing then like a minute later the idle goes up to 2k but still misfires. After its warm it sounds normal but feels under powered. Could this be the cat? Can someone give me a difinitive answer?
2007 rx8

Thanks

I strongly vote on cat. Do you hear the air pump switching on for way loo long @ start ? RX8's egr setup use the air pump @ cold start to blow fresh air directly inside the exhaust manifold to prevent the ''bbq party'' thats happening inside your cat, melted/clogged cat would move that ''bbq party'' upfront closer to the E/M + restricted exhaust flow, result is : a ''runs like s**t'' @ start, then you'll feel power loss @ operating temps, hard hot starts and might become a engine flooding mess soon.
P0300 : Misfire Detected
P0301 : Cyl #1 Misfire Detected
P0506 : Low idle rpm
Considering coils/wires/plugs are out of the list.
Early signs of flooding would cause all theses. Bad cat could cause those issues.

Im thinking this also now especially since this morning when i turned on the car and the garage filled up with a rotten smell. That usually means the cat is going out.... fail. I saw a decat kit on ebay for like 180. Think ill have a problem with that since its just a resonator? Or should i put another cat on?
