Hello. I appreciate all the help i have been recieving. but in continued effort to find out why my car cranks but wont start. I have been checking and the obd port still does not work. I have checked all fuses and the diagrams below show what i found but dont understand as the fuses seem intact and i even have switched them with new ones. the yellow highligted ones are getting negative reading on both sides and the blue 9is not getting any reading
i have use a power probe in testing.
