New motor.

So last week I had some problems after I bought my rx8. Owned it for two weeks. And already need a new motor. Drive it off the lot. Guess it's a good sign that I don't have to pay for any of the instal or parts. So my question is. What is the very first thing I should do to prevent this from happening. Yes I get premix and all that but such as reliability wise.

A bit here and there. I read somewhere it's a good idea to still switch the coils? As the remaned motor is many the best. Still has old parts?

You should probably take some time and read it more thoroughly.

Read not just here or there all of it it's all very helpful. These guys have all put a lot of time into these cars listen to what they say listen to what they post they know what they're doing.

I am to but with this car I have lernd to find some patients for fear of costing my self big $$$ just because I couldn't wait to do or to get back on the road.
