New motor.

So last week I had some problems after I bought my rx8. Owned it for two weeks. And already need a new motor. Drive it off the lot. Guess it's a good sign that I don't have to pay for any of the instal or parts. So my question is. What is the very first thing I should do to prevent this from happening. Yes I get premix and all that but such as reliability wise.

A bit here and there. I read somewhere it's a good idea to still switch the coils? As the remaned motor is many the best. Still has old parts?

You should probably take some time and read it more thoroughly.

I'd answer you here, but it would be just copy and pasting what I wrote there, and I don't feel like doing that at the moment. Your questions ARE answered in the thread, and there is even a Table of Contents with links so you can jump to the right sections.
