Question Need some help with electrical/sensor issues

My 2004 MT has been having some electrical gremlin issues and I wasn't successful finding relevant posts with the search engine (maybe I need more skill there ).

The symptoms:

1. When I start the car, the ABS will pulse 3-4 times under my foot, then it shows the DSC turned disabled, ABS as well. My cruise control usually won't work.

2. I have a slow leak in the front right tire. Sometimes after I bring it back up to pressure the car will run normally--DSC, ABS, cruise control all functional. After a few seconds to a few minutes I'm back to point 1 above--nothing works.

3. I recently had a recall installed and the dealer told me the brake light switch was bad. I ordered a new one and when I went to install it I discovered that the brake pedal isn't even touching the switch. That was when I discovered that my brake lights also aren't working, but for how long, I don't know. The bracket isn't adjustable, so I apparently the brake pedal is set wrong?

In any case, I'd love some help with where to start on debugging the car!

Thanks for getting back to me with those links!

I'm currently digging through this one here, which seems to cover a lot of related issues. Hopefully one of these will solve the problems.
