No ABS no traction control

I recently changed out my clutch pedal and as I was removing it I accidentally broke the switch for the break lights. So I just unplugged the switch, which means no brake lights. Not the biggest issue. The issue is that the ABS and traction control light have come on and won't turn off. This means I have no ABS or traction control, correct? Well my question is, is this because I unplugged the brake light switch? Once I get a new switch and plug it back in, will this fix my problem??? Any advice or input is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Yes, the ABS and TCS are both tied into the brake light circuit and replacing the switch will allow them to operate properly again.

And as an aside, I would rank brake lights above ABS and TCS as far as necessities go.
