misfire code

Hi, my name is Eric, i'm new to rx8's, have just done my first engine rebuild on a 195bhp engine and everything seems to be running well but i'm having a problem when cruising, the engine can rev well with no issues or warning lights trough the gears but when cruising as soon as I go over 4000 rpm I,m getting a misfire code(cylinder 2 misfire), if I stay slightly under 4000 rpm everthing is perfect, also idle is a bit rough, I've replaced coils and plugs, anyone any ideas, thanks.

See the misfire thread in my signature. Lots of things it could be.
