Just bought my first Rx8!
I just want to say hello and thank you to everyone on the board for all the great information. I've been lurking for a very long time, I actually registered in 2015.
I've been a Mazda fan since my first car a 1993 protege, I then moved up (down?) to a 1992 Mazda Mx-3, which I did the KLZE swap and thru on a nitrous kit which was my all time favorite car. Anyways life happened I sold that, got a wife, kids etc I'm now at a point where I want a little tuner car that can sit 4. It was down to a 2009+ BMW 335i or a the RX8, I test drove 3 bmw's as I was really leaning that way, but then I test drove a 2007 Rx8 and the magic happened, it felt so right. Now here I am the proud owner of a peal white 2007 Rx8 with a fresh rebuild w/new housings, intake, cat delete, h&r lowering springs and Koni adjustable shocks. The car has its quirks for sure but I love it!!! Now I just gotta fix the intermittent power steering Cheers.

Agreed that this site is full of useful information - had the power steering issue as well a while back and since following this DIY thread years ago it's never come back. Congrats on your new 8!
