Is 500ft close enough to sea level, I live in tx not a whole lot of elevation here except for west.

Some of the First $100 stuff applies to Series 1 cars only. You don't need to do the cooling system stuff, for example, because Mazda did it for you.

Heyoh! Welcome to the club! I don't know off the top of my head if alot of the S2 guys premix, but. I would definately recommend starting that.

 

The S2 oiling system is improved to the point that premix yields limited returns, therefore I only premix on track days. I don't even like to do it then, because I can feel the reduction in octane, but I figure the extra lubrication can't hurt, so the trade-off may be worth it.

 

Nice. Looks a lot like mine. I have a '10 GT with auto, in that same color, 41,000 on it. Mine just doesn't have the spoiler.
