So I got an update i did gut my cat it sounds pretty damn good but I don't think it was the issue since I still have the misfire however I replaced my ssv solenoid and the misfire is gone! I'm pretty sure it was the ssv.

I can now redline without hesitation

 

Glad you figured it out, but you gutted a good condition $2000 cat? Dude.

 

Yeah probay not the brightest idea, but the o2 sensor was glowing red hot like I took a blow torch to it for awhile after a hardish drive.

 

Ah! Well then it wasn't in such good shape after all.

 

I thought the whole thing would have to be glowing to call it bad, but anyways I do still have the cat material maybe I can get a lil science and extract the platinum 🤔
