Hello everyone I am new here and I have some questions. So I accidentally drained my transmission fluid pan instead of my oil pan I know big mistake. I’ve asked my friend who is a mechanic that works on rotaries and he told me what to do but I am seeking additional advice also my rx8 is a 07 automatic 6 speed. Please help

 

It requires 8.4 Qts of JWS3309 spec automatic transmission fluid (ATF).

Mobil ATF 3309 is one oil that meets the spec.

 

The Automatic 6-speed procedure is attached. You’ll also need a hand pump for the bottle to pump it in.
