Having cutoff problems

hello guyz, having trouble with my car.

using haltech sprint RE
car rev's normally but when receiving load, everything cuts off.

if i remove the intercooler pinping , it goes to rev limiter freely and easily , as soon as it starts boosting, its shuts off.

we tried new injectors,
new map sensor, new ecu but still same problem.

what can be done? help pls!!
engine is 13b rotary

You basically need to start from scratch. Do you have fuel pressure....are you getting spark?

What can you log when you are free-reving? Does it make sense?

What are you using for a map?

There are so many variables that we won't be much help

map is a base map and we slowly tuned it.
it has spark cause the car does rev.

fuel press is ok all the way,
basicly everything works, just once it starts boosting, it shuts down everything

I must be the tune.......it doesn't take much to get it to free rev. It happens very fast and the A/F can be way out of whack

Does it feel like it's cutting out hard?...or is is softer?
