(sorry, I'm not good at English)

Hi guys,

my 2004 rx-8 shows CEL(p0455) EVAP system leak.

I want to find leak location using "Fog Machine" (it uses music concert)

but, I'm not sure it is safe to EVAP system.

I know the "Fog Machine Fluid" is water based.

I wonder it cause trouble like rust or other problem.

Anyone uses Fog Machine for Car's EVAP inspection???

 

Check your gas cap. It is the most common cause for an evap leak

 

I already checked. gas cap was very good condition.
