Howdy all, I've got a 2005 rx8 automatic, 4 speed. Like the title says, car is driving forward, with pedal control, when reverse gear and neutral are selected. It will also do it in park, but if you shift down to drive and back up a few times it will go into park. However, with the key on accessory and not running, park and neutral function as they should. While in drive, it goes through forward gears as it should. Trans fluid was replaced to make sure its full, issue existed before. I have no history as to when it started, bought in this condition, but I suspect the trans was replaced, as the dipstick tube was disconnected. Any input on this puzzle would be appreciated, Im thinking valve body but also need to inspect the tcm later today
