Take the actuator and see if you can turn it. I wouldn't choose that as the first thing to take apart. It should idle even if it is stuck closed. ..

Ive been reading around that it starves the engine of airflow at low rpms if stuck closed or semi closed and if stuck open youll turn on and idle normally but it starves the high rpms am i wrong ? I wanted to remove her for cleaning cause i assumed that could be a cause of my idle problem and i dont know how to reach and test it while its still in the car soooo being the dummy i am made the thread btw update this morning before school i started her ( feather the peddle ) put her in reverse revved it a bit let her catch herself and she stayed at 800 while minor rumbles as if about to stall so i let go of the clutch started to move but i was on a hill and panicked stalled out and didnt even wanna try turning her back on just neutral rolled her back to her spot on the parking lot ( moral of the story is she seems fine while on the move but once she idles it's complicated )..... Does this make any sense
