MI compression tester

Is there an area here that tells us how to do a compression test?

motor hot or cold?

Should we turn off gas or spark before starting?
pull a fuse?

should we have the WOT when turning over the car?

HELP

You need to take your car to a Mazda dealer or to a shop that has a rotary specific compression tester.

The machine will spit out 6 numbers relating to each of the six rotor faces.

If you have the tester, there is, I believe, a DIY.

warm engine....unhook the ESS......foot to floor....rinse/ repeat

Using a regular compression tester is close to useless...so you need a rotary specific tester...other than that you should be good to go
