Cabin fan speed is 0 but warm or cool air came out
(sorry I'm not good at English)
Hi, my 2004 rx-8 HVAC system is good.
But, fan controller is OFF(speed dial pointing 0) always hot or cool air came out. (depending on Temperature dial)
Of course, air speed is very very slow. Just feeling warm or cool air
Is this normal operation???

If you have it on the fresh, or outside air mode, you may feel some.
Try the recirculate mode and see if it goes away.
