ON Boost?

Hey guys, I am strongly considering buying my first rx8 out of my love for Mazda and my experience working for them, and the thing on my mind is boost power. Does anyone have an idea on how to obtain the most boost with this vehicle? I cant seem to find anyone with solid answers. Thank you for your help!

Boost?

You won't find SOLID answers, as there aren't any. "Best" Boost and power is subjective, and it takes a lot to get there.
Do your research and decide on something that meets your needs.

I'll say again- do your research

Proper, Prior, Planning. If you don't educate yourself and get your own answers then you might as well take $10,000.00 and light it on fire.

Any one of these links can be helpful as well as many more. This isn't something to be taken lightly with these cars. Read, read, read.

But to answer your question completely. The best way to get the most "boost" into these cars, is to swap in a 13b REW or any gen 2 or 3 rx7 motor with low compression rotors... At that point crank it up till your content...

I'll bite chris, would you care to elaborate?

It's a lot of money and time Find my build thread. That's the culmination of all my knowledge from the 8 club. A 3 year work in progress. but it is starting to come together well. I've been driving with boost on and off for the past 1.5 years. with a target of around 18 PSI and 400 WHP. oh and over half what the car cost new.
