I have done some things like torqued spark plugs to spec unplugged an replugged everything an checked the grounding charged the battery fully and did the 20 brake stomp. it wasn't so much as starting was the reason I switched I didn't know the last time they were changed so I decided to go with bhr to change them anyways. Posting the video was to show what it sounds like so everyone isn't guessing what it sounds like I figure the more I show the better and if someone had the same problem they can see.

So basically you have done no troubleshooting. Good luck.

Um,

If there was an issue before (MAF, Compression, ESS, Fuel Pressure, Vacuum Leak), the computer and worked out how to live with it. The 20 brake stomp cleared whatever it had figured out. It needs to re-learn the engine. The process is to start it and let it idle for 5 minutes, until it gets down to the normal idle speed. Then let is stabilize. Then drive easy for a bit. Then park, let it cool off, and repeat. Once it is running, you need to figure out why the baseline settings did not work (MAF, Compression, ESS dirty, Fuel Pressure, Vacuum Leak or other stuff).

Do both resets, or else it will be trying to relearn everything up to a flawed standard.

I'm a little confused by why the baseline settings didnt work? I cleaned the maf an ess a while ago and I think I do have a vacuum leak because my ltft is staying at 10 pretty sure it's my cat which I will look at this weekend to check. Not so sure about fuel pressure not exactly sure how to check I know I don't have problems when the gas is low. So I should do both resets and check which is abnormal after I let it idle an restart?

It didn't work because you didn't do both resets. I explained it just the other day in patriotjj's thread.

I have another question I had my emissions test today but they only do the obd2 test not the exhaust one so will it really tell if my cat is going bad or not? Thanks
