Well as for a description, (please correct me and teach me terms if I get them wrong!)

I have a 54plate, 231ps in a dark grey colour. I have only owned it or about 4weeks but have total respect for it! Coming from a fiesta zetec s to an rx-8 was a bit of a jump especially in the maintenance department! I think it will be a continuous learning journey though, but I wouldn't change it for the world

Welcome and glad you love your RX8, but as others have said make sure you get a compression test done at a rotary specialist or Mazda garage as it'll give you a good idea of the true state of the engine. Then check out the new owner threads which have some very good info.
