Unhappy BHR Clutch Pedal Assembly Issue

* I know it is the wrong section, but I couldn't post in any other section and this a bit of an emergency, please move my thread.

Note : This wasn't happening with my stock clutch, everything started to happen when i installed the BHR Clutch Pedal

- I have adjusted the pedal in different positions 1.0, 1.5, 0.5, even 2.0 and that has not fix the issue.

- When I press the clutch and put the car in gear, 1,2,3,4,5,6 or reverse, the car makes a noise likes if i am accelerating and the rpms go to 1k-1.5k and after like 30 seconds the RPM start to bounce.

- This doesn't happen when the car is in neutral or when the car is moving faster than 4mph, when the car is coming to a stop it starts to do it.

- You feel like an idling but only when your coming to a stop and you are in gear with the clutch pressed.

* In advance thank you for all your suggestions!

Btw - I have a video showing what is happening!

Have you called Ray at BHR?

He provides excellent customer service, and can talk you through what is going on, and any solution you might be missing.

Posting here first is almost sure to have him saying: "You should have called me!"

That being said, a bouncing idle is usually due to a neutral switch problem. The neutral switch wiring runs through one of the two plunger-type switches that is attached to the clutch assembly. The one that gets pushed in when you push in on the pedal is the interlock switch, the one that extends when you push in the pedal is in the neutral switch circuit. You probably didn't plug it in, or didn't plug it in securely, or damaged the wiring.
