I’ve just had my 6 Speed Box Rebuilt.

After I re-installed the box I now have an issue with 3rd Gear.

When driving along I go from 2nd to 3rd or 4th to 3rd and 8/10 it doesn’t fully engage into 3rd gear and you ether have to try again or give it a little bit of a push to get in there.

It makes a crunching noise as soon as you release the clutch as if its saying it’s not fully engaged into 3rd…?

Didn't have this issue before the rebuild of the box and all other gears select fine..

Any further info would be awesome.

Who rebuilt the transmission? They are not terrible to work on but can be tricky. 3rd gear synchronizer's not assembled correctly or bent shifter fork.
