I sold my 04 LY MT in June of 09....had to do it have the down payment on a house...missed it terribly...

But, guess what?

I JUST MANAGED TO BUY IT BACK THIS WEEK!!! I am really excited....only about 30k more on the odometer and it looks great....

Will be making a trek to Raines soon for the clutch recall and some little things...so I hope to see some of you Charleston 8's!!!

I'm knee deep installing BNR stage 3 twins on my RX7 and have been driving my RX8 constantly in the snow and its great.

 

I just wanna see more than 2 8's in the same place sometime this year...

 

I never saw any RX-8s in Charleston til I bought mine in January, now they are everywhere. I have a '05 Brilliant Black that can be seen running around Kanawha City or back and forth to South Ridge from time to time.

Its getting ready to go into the shop to fix the hail damage from a few weeks ago, but with summer on the way I see more road time in its future.

Hey, are you the other BB that I've been flashing at?

I got bombed in the hailstorm 2 weeks ago at work. I survived.
We'll have to hook up and crash a car show or something!!!

 

I haven't noticed anyone flashing lights at me, but I tend to get lost in the drive.

We get enough of the forum together in one place, we can start our own car show. I just want to get mine so that it doesn't look like someone took a shotgun to it.

The car definitely survived, and other than the hood, it doesn't look too bad. The hood however looks bad enough to upset me. I just gotta finish arguing with the insurance to get it back to the near showroom it was.

 

Ok here is a spotting, just saw a Grey in the alley beside Highland Hospital in Kanawha city. There are plenty around Charleston.

 

Seen a couple of those. Another TG in the SoChas area.
I spotted a WWP myself in Cross Lanes today.
