Exactly! I have yet to find a dealer here in VA I really trust, save for one. The service department in a couple of dealers locally (not Mazda) was so bad I actually paid to have my car towed out! It really is sad how stupid some service reps think their customers really are.... I would much rather buy the car from a dealer with a good service rep than purchase one from a dealer I would never want to come back to for service., that's all.
Haven't checked fitzmall yet, but I will. Unfortunately I'm looking for to go green and so far I have only found 1 in a 100 mile radius...

The salesman who sold me my RX-8 called a couple weeks back. When I purchased in Sept, this dealership was selling 4 brand-new 2004s for ~30% off MSRP. I bought one and I was curious about the others so I asked if he'd sold them all -
He has one left and I think it's the Nordic Green.
Now, this is likely *the* best price anyone can get on a brand new RX-8 - these 2004s are never-titled, full warrenty.
The dealership is Shaefer & Strohminger in Baltimore ( http://www.SandSauto.com ) and my sales consultant was Sean Dulany. He was a good no-nonsense, no b.s. fellow - no transparent or offensive sales tactics, just upfront 'here's the car, here's the price, all good? let's do paperwork'.
Sean also said they had several used RX-8s on their lot.
Sean's office number is 410-661-9005 and his cell is 410-627-4773. For the phone-challenged his e-mail is SDULANY@SandSauto.COM
DISCLAIMER - I have not received any material incentives to promote Sean or S&S, I am simply a very satisfied customer.

^I went to Shaeffer & Strohminger when I was shopping for an 8, I didn't buy from them, but in my interactions with the sales team while I was there looking/test driving, they *seem* to be pretty laid back, no pressuring me to 'buy right now' sort of things.
good luck with your search

Rosenthal Mazda in Tysons. Their service is great, espically Bill on the Orange Team. Too bad their sales guys aren't the same, very incompetent. Most of the Northern VA dealerships' sales guys are, that's why I brought mine in MD. Let me know if you need help looking for a car, love car shopping. Been looking at the new MS6.
