Yes Steve, please let me know if you made the trek up and missed us. I sincerely apologize as we were running approx. an hour behind schedule. To top it of, we shorted the run also as it was getting late in the afternoon.

Next time I will Pm everyone attending my cell number so these kinds of things don't happen again.

The only pictures I have ready are on my cell phone. I'll see if there is anything worth posting later.

Kev - thanks for the great run and the goody bag!! I was right, my son Michael was jealous about the keychain!!

It was great meeting and talking with all of you too! Sorry about the spider hold-up! I had more wildlife in my car than there was outside!! Great day, great group - and it sounds like everyone was due a nice, relaxing day!

Enjoy the last nice days, before the s**w flies!!!

Here are my pics

The photos may be biased towards winning blue, but it's the camera's fault, I swear

I just got home an hour ago! (No, not what you think—I'm the one who went on to Exeter afterwards.) Wow, the tour was wonderful—it was great to meet so many of you! I even learned what a grinder was. Terrific pics. And Kevin, you did a great job organizing the whole thing. I told my friends in Exeter about my day and they were so impressed they asked if they could have the itinerary so they could try it themselves sometime. It's now hanging on their fridge. (Too bad they have a Corolla, but they're not car people.)

Hope to see some of you down here sometime! If anyone needs a place to crash… (woops, considering I'm in NYC, maybe that's a poor choice of words…) if anyone needs a place to SLEEP in NYC you're welcome to my couch—it'll sleep up to two of you. Parking? That's another story…

New Yorker:

Glad you had fun on the run. It was a really nice day with great colors. Please pass along the route. My wife and put a lot of work into it so I'm glad to see folks enjoying it.

I was at the newport plaza at about 1/4 to 12 and figured your guys might be running late and stayed til 130. I took a nice road back through keene and it was a beautiful day for a ride. Not many of those left. Did you guys actually get to Newport? I was hoping no one broke down or worse, hit something.

Talking

My album is finally up! 155 pictures between the 2 cameras we had!!! There may be some doubles, sorry about that, not easy to keep track of that many pictures

http://s8.photobucket.com/albums/a9/...0Bridge%20Run/

If you want full sized versions, PM me with the picture # and your email and I will send them. Some were taken with my Canon which is 8.1 mega pixels and the pics are something like 2300x1600. They blow up and print out 8x11 beautifully!!! I can also do some retouching in Photoshop if you want!

Here are a couple more of the better ones if you don't want to look at the ablum:

Weird fog we hit on the way up.... pretty bizzare:

Nice shots gurl! Although I think you and Jeff have an obsession with my ***... I mean the *** of the car of course!

Thanks for the great shots. My RX8club.com decal and the blacked out Mazda emblem shots were great Jeff.

Thanks a bunch!

Glad you guys like the pics! Jeff and I both have a small liking for photography in case you didn't notice.

I had such a great time and it was very nice meeting you all. Lil' Red, that car and the clueless look on the womans face: Priceless addition to the trip. I will still snicker about that for some time haha
