Unhappy A plea to any Philly area service guys!

My 05 AT is giving me problem after problem. The dealership I take it to, Brandywine, always seem to look at me like I am stupid. It is getting old. All I want to know is if my car is running the way it should... instead of being asked if I want an oil change.

Two of my latest question are why is my gas milage so low. I am getting about 190-200 miles to the tank. (93) This started the next day after the recall work. The car sounds strange and it shakes alot. After a long bout with the dealer I finally received new engine mounts. This helped the shaking but the milage is steadily decreasing. The dealer told me it was because it is cold. Is that true?! Next, is why does this car want to get me to 4th gear so fast?! A few times I will literally be going 18mph and it is in 4th gear. When it shifts it bounces hard, similiar if a MT is in a high gear at low speed. It will jump back to 2nd, then to 4th, to 2nd, etc. Once again, started after the recall.

Either case, I would love if someone here works for Mazda, any dealership that I can take my car into and just verify that things are right. The car is not the same as it was when I bought it. I am past 40k miles so I am getting concerned about the warrenty. I am willing to take a day from work to travel to about anywhere to get a straight answer!

Can anyone help?
