if i come will someone please buy some of my stuffs. i have 2 sets JDM mazdaspeed b-pillar garnish, clear lenses, all six stealth bulbs (front, rear, side), titanium shift ***, black leather shift boot with grey stitching, and my personal favorite; racing brake bbk with front and rear light weight rotors, stainless lines and hp carbon and + pads. the brake stuff sells for like $2200+ shipping. i saved about 200- 300 bucks by prepaying for the stuff. if someone wants them they will be there. make a reasonable offer for anything and everything.

When in first, shift at about 3750, same for second and third. By this time you should be doing about 45mph. At that speed and gear you can totally bypass 4 & 5th gears and go right into 6. Your rpm will hit about 2k but you will still be going and you will get more mileage. That’s basically what an automatic car does to save gas. If you get a chance to, find someone with an automatic car that tells what gear you’re in and watch how it shifts. Under normal conditions it will go from 3rd right to 6th gear. This works for me when it comes to saving gas.
Give it a shot and let us know the results.

Skipping 3 gears is no good for syncros Be sure to let the RPM's fall to a reasonable range before putting it in 6th..
Edit: I'm gonna try to be there.

well i dont have a 6th gear but what i do is shift a bit early mainly around 2.5K rpm.. depending on if i'm in a rush.. like this morn to work.. got there in 6 mins.. went about 110 on average.. it normally takes me 13-15 mins to get to work.. when i'm not rushing and shifting around 2.5-3K rpm.. and i can squeeze out 270-290 mi per tank.. but remember i'm not producing as much power as yall guys.. so i'm not sure how it would be for yall..
belkjz- if i had 18K i would buy it.. but i need a house first.. :-D...

if you all are meeting up around 5pm - i'll come on over. i'm in a Scion/Toyota car show in Annapolis starting at 1pm (yeah, another one of my rides is an xA). Hopefully, we'll be done by 4pm and I'll jet home, grab the 8, and meet up.
