jeff, i have an obd2 interface you can use to datalog as well..

although we'd need to figure out what to datalog in the first place to make it worth it.. voltages? trims? etc..

Yeah as soon as i got off paterson plank road onto 17 south, it was like entering the nascar race.

EVERYONE was flying. I got a little sideways in 2nd trying to merge into traffic from the shoulder. Then i had people scream at me at the stop lights to get me to race them lol.

Really gets my adrenaline going driving my car at night.

 

hehe i was actually driving like grandma on my way to the meet. On the way back was a different story, people get more aggressive as the night thickens.

Btw chris you have a stock exhaust? gundarx (i think thats the one i met) and I were trying to figure out if your exhaust was stock cause it sounded very mean.

I really like the newer mx-5's. Your car is clean.

there is an awesome spot by me which has one of the best views of the city in the background.

Also can go to some industrial areas or a good park with alot of trees. Anything that will have a decent background.

so i tested out a 90 miata last night.. very disappointed. the engine had low compression i think. pulled each plug wire and each made it run worse, so it's not a bad plug/coil/wire. it was slow, the dealer it was at had it repainted and it had several problems that he tried to cover up basically. tip: if a car was just repainted, don't buy it.

 

when you are looking for an old car, a good magnet is your friend. If it falls off alot of the body panels then the car is more bondo than metal :-D
