Beth I can help you on the hotel. And for anyone else that is interested, the one I have in mind is right across the street from a great bar so we can walk over to the bar and stumble back with no problems.

 

Where probably gonna get a hotel, but only if it's cheap, if not we'll just go to the camp ground in ocean city for $20 a night just depends. We have a nice 5-6 hour drive ahead of us when we come down.

 

If you have no luck on Kent Island / Kent Narrows / Grasonville MD, try down the road in Easton (the "second speed bump") on the way to Ocean City MD. Yes, we HATE the OC traffic on weekends, so don't ask...

I have stayed here before and remember it being relativly cheap.

 

Weird that the rooms are full, I was expecting to see the Eagleman Triathlon on the schedule as the roadblock, but that was last month.

They're out of our price range. We're looking CHEAP, like under 150/night because of the other costs, gas, food, whatever else pops up. They start at 189, and that's before taxes, ec. Thanks for the info, though. I'll keep looking online.

 

Gotcha. Look online for Chestertown and Easton, there are several older motels that could give a deal. Anything on Rte 50 or 404 is going to be robbery, since they are directly en route to Rehobeth or Ocean City / Assateague.

Edit: Ghads, I keep screwing those up. Centreville is closer as well as Queenstown and Church Hill.
