Ok, I looked over the paperwork, rules and regulations, etc...

As for alcohol, yes we may have alcoholic beverages. Chapter II General Provisions 14. states:
"No minors are allowed to transport or possess intoxicating beverages in any County park. NO consumption of intoxicating beverages by players, coaches, managers, etc. before or during competitive league or tournament games is permitted. Glass containers are prohibited. Sales of intoxicating beverages are prohibited.

So, nothing too serious, just no glass containers. Which I would suggest anyways, cause if a bottle were to fall off a table and break, I know none of us are going to have brooms to clean it up off the pavement. And of course, minors can not drink. I have to check a box on the application that we are going to have alcohol present, so lets be respectful and mature about our drinking. Also, not much goes on on KI, so even if we did not have alcohol, expect police to get curious of all the hot cars and do some drive bys. They will not bother us if we are behaved. As for a keg, that is a debatable idea.

As for sleeping arrangements, there are hotels on KI that people can stay at if they do not wish to drive home. Prices are not that bad, and it is much cheaper/safer than risking a drive when you shouldn't. On an even better note, the hotels are right near some good bars on KI (walking distance) so if people wanted to see about getting a group rate, we could stay at a hotel near the bar and walk across the street to the bar. The bars are located on piers, so it will be a change of scenery for some of you all. Even better, Sunday is the bikini contest at Red Eyes Dock Bar (Thong, G-String, you name it, etc... bikinis). And these women are models so there is no need for worry about disappointment. It is a big attraction for KI on Sundays. Mickey from 98rock even hosted yesterday.

^Cool. Sounds good! Now do we all want a keg or would we rather have byob cans? The rules and regulations didn't say anything about not having a keg, so I guess we will assume that it is fine.

I'll plan on bringing cans... they are easy to buy, bring, drink, and dispose of.

I believe RIWWP will be in town and attending as well. I'm going to troll around and see if I can drum up some additional folks. I'll post an update sometime next week once I've talked to people.

This all sounds real good. We are about 95% sure now about coming. We got 10lbs of angus meat (might be able to get more) we can bring and probably a case of miller lite. Do we have to pay for anything else, since this is our first time going to one of these I don't know how everybody does things.

The money that will be collected is $100 for renting the pavilion and crabs. Everything else such as beer, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc... will just be bring your own. If everyone contributes something then we will have plenty of food and drinks.
