1st post: Spotted 2 RX-8's last night. WWP Series 1 on Pleasant St. in Fall River at 8ish. Exhaust, Black OEM rims, really clean. I was driving my work van (Toyota Sienna :P)

I also spotted a Yellow Series 1 when I was leaving work at the Newport Creamery parking lot in Fall River. I was in my 04 NG, but didn't see the owner.

 

Caught glimpses three on my way home from work this morning in the R3 on the Pike.
1.)Looked like a Stormy Blue with black wheels and polished lips by the chicopee exit about 7:45.
2.)What looked like a silver series II filling up on the pike at the Ludlow rest stop.
3.)A bright yellow series 1 with aftermarket spoiler by the Palmer exit.

 

i seen a old q tip lady in a silver one in brockton then a silver rx with black wheels polished lip and exhaust on 138 in stoughton by alex and the a red rx with exhaust on 18 in witman westbridgewater line

 

Last Friday. Central Ave in Milton. Went South at 4:45 and back up northbound around 5:20. Red S1 with gold aftermarket alloys. Maybe OZ Superlegerras.

 

Today in Braintree by the South Shore mall I finally saw another blue R3.

 

Spotted this one this morning in the Everett Street Garage for Harvard in Cambridge. As I was lining up the shop it's owner came out and complimented my ride. Says he never saw one painted like it. I told him that was the point, very few custom paint jobs in MA it seems.

 

Could he get any closer to the barrier in the front? He has the "crotchety old man look"....

 

He was actually cool about it but yeah definitely looked a little... off. And the parking drove me nuts being so close like that.

 

Hey Lancifer, now that I've seen a picture of your car, I've seen you driving around a few times. lol But again I'm usually in my little NA Miata and not in my 8....except for once but I'm pretty sure you didn't notice me.

 

I have noticed 1 sunlight silver 8, 1 (gunmetal) 8 and 1 winning blue 8 in chelsea. I would not notice a miata for sure, mostly because I am always on the lookout for an 8. You should come to the meets. We have a monthly club meet and then some of go to the bass pro shops cars show in foxboro every other thursday. In fact I will be there tonight.

 

I'll be at my friend's shop in Watertown/Brighton trying to finish getting my Miata back together.. caliper failure, plus finishing up my bushing install.

I intend to make it to one of these. It's tough because I work til 9pm during the week and Saturday.

Also, spotted a Galaxy Gray in Fall River on Stafford Rd, bone stock exterior and exhaust.

 

Wow.. have we really seen all the RX-8s in MA there are to see? I try to snap a pic when I see one. LOL.

BTW Chip... there may be a tunnel run on a friday night coming up. (Tunnels runs that I have been in tends to be rather late to avoid traffic.)

 

When you say Friday, do you mean THIS Friday? :x

 

I'm in Franklin MA right now, but fly back to Ohio Friday afternoon or else I would visit.

Also spotted a SS Series 1 parked on Kennedy St. in Fall River a few times over the past few days, again looks pretty stock though.

 

Nothing wrong with looking stock.

Saw a Winning Blue 1 this morning on Rt 1 south before the Tobin. Camera wasn't on for it tho. :-(

 

Spotted a "turquoise" RX-8 on Cambridge Street in Cambridge around 4:50pm. Had to get the pic from my side mirror, wasn't gonna risk the pic while moving. LOL

It hurt to get. LOL. I just got tattooed on my left pec and had a seat belt on. Put those together plus trying to twist n get the pic... yeah... didn't feel too good. But... I got the pic! LOL. The driver was fun tho, we shared a head nod. He checked out my paint job. LOL.

 

i just bought my titanium gray rx-8 in february. a few of you may see me around im in the springfield area but i drive alot. its stock with the stock rims painted.
