Sweet! I suppose I'll check them both out. I'm deff feeling the white color more though. I have big plans for this car. I won't be getting it until another 2 weeks though, I just hope it's still there!

Easy there killer! Depending on the bolt on, you would be surprised. I speak from experience.. all depends on what you get and how it's done.

shut up Marc, that was funny.

i think Zelse forgets that he has the 4.77 in the *** so every thing he does has a multiplied effect on the bum dyno. i would kill for the 4.77's but have WAY too much going on right now. just trying to get suspension done this summer. springs and sways.

xombie, where do you live?>

all Zelse's mods are listed on his blog with reviews as well. but don'[t forget that actually having lower(higher numerical) gears in the differential will impact his expressions of what he feels for power. just saying that you will feel it, just not as much as he did unless you go for lower gears as well.

you can pm him for his blog site don't know if he wants it private or not. EDIT: i guess he doesn't want it private. It's in his signature. http://rezelse.blogspot.com/

Thanks my advertising man. lol. And I guess you do have a point about the different final drive.. but a modified AEM intake is really good actually.. and a few other goodies. I would list them but this thread is about spotting people in MA. As EMS said, I have it all in my blog with reviews, etc. If you click on the right where it says "Current specifications" you'll see what is on it right now.

Haha, sorry I should've been more specific. I meant, plans for the 8 body wise. I want that thing to look clean and done right. As for bolt ons and such, I still need to do a bit more research before I start on adding things. The eight is going to be my first rotary. But if you guys can spit me some knowledge and some advice sending me in the right direction would be helpful! If not then it's just going to be trail and error lol.

By the way, E.M.S. I'm from Lynn, Lynn City to Sin! haha. But I travel up to Natick on a daily basis, I work at Bernardi Honda on route 9. What about you?

Saw a lightning yellow GT right off of 24 in randolph when I was going to the movies last night, pulled up next to him, he waved but wouldn't put down his window. Had black 7 spoke wheels I think, factory wing and tint but stock exhaust. Man was it quiet, my girlfriend even commented on how quiet his was. First yellow I've seen. Liked the color but wouldn't drive it, nothing says "hey look at me, I need attention" like a yellow street car.

^ With the appearance pack too? If so I may know who that is. Yellow and Red, both vibrant colors in the light spectrum.

I don't think the yellow has the same awe appeal that the VR has. The kid looked kind of like the kid in the white integra in the first street race scene of the first fast and furious. The one playing PS in his car before the race. That's all I could think of when I saw him. Ha ha ha

I seen a redish orange rx8 last sunday coming back from NY on 95. I didn't catch a good glimpse of it though because the driver was on the other side. It appeared stock as far as I can tell. I was so excited seeing it though haha because, through out trip it was the only one I saw! But I also saw a nice fresh yellow NSX as well. . I was so mad though because on the way to NY, I went to try and check out the white rx8. Turns out some douche beat me there by half an hour and had like a 3 hour test drive!! I didnt even get to see the car or anything!! . I hope he didn't buy it haha.

Played a little leapfrog with a Series I Titanium Gray on Route 9 between 495 and Framingham yesterday. Looked stock besides tint. Tried to wave at the owner, but we'd always be at least half a car length apart

I fixed my own headlight, cost me $80!! Just bought a new/used ballast and threw it in, took a little hot knife work, but no biggy. Saved some major moula, ...it can be done!! Oh, btw, changed my sparkplugs and all the power is back and no rough idle. I have not seen two rx-8's since I've got mine. I drive like a friggin maniac everywhere, can't believe I've only gotten pulled over twice in it. Got warning both times, (passing state police duelly doing 85 on 95. He asked WtF I was passing him for when he was doing 75. I told him he was ruining my paint with all the sand he's kicking up. He laughed and told me to have a good day. I left schoochies pulling out, actually shut dsc off for it. Where are all the 8's at?? I will scare you when I see you.

The trooper laughed and let you go? What the hell. I got cited for 90 on the Pike, and the guy gave me a lecture on how little Mazdas don't usually hold up well in accidents. I told him that I needed to red line the car to blow out all the carbon build up, but he said that I can't do that here and that doing 90 is "frowned upon" haha.

I got cited for 75 on the pike, even though the flow of traffic is usually around 75. It was in one of my old cars though, convertible, clearly age profiling. You can ride next to a trooper at 80 if you're in a Land Rover but a youngish kid in a convertible you better be going the speed limit.
