Next weekend is different. I am free all weekend. I will start a thread for the MA meet. I will check out some spots before my 3pm on Sunday to find the right lot for us all to meet up at. Sound good? I will post the new thread, take a picture of the proposed venue and what we will end up doing. Maybe a nice long ride on some nice windy back roads. We will get the Mass RX8 chapter moving!

 

Sounds good to me. :D I'll be available next weekend on Sunday at 4pm. I think that's a good time too so people can start showing up between 3:30 to 4:30..kind of hang out and do whatever, then maybe a nice cruise through Boston and then stop at a restaurant. I spotted this Silver RX8 on my way home in Chelsea tonight coming off sixteen... I didn't even notice or think to take the pic until we just bout got to broadway.

 

Spotted a red Series 1 (GT I think) coming down Adams Street into Dorchester Lower Mills on Memorial Day at about 16:45.

Driver pointed me out to his passenger and we exchanged beeps as we passed.

Very nice 8 sir.

 

Saw a silver 8 on Rt. 16 this morning heading into Somerville. Phone battery was dead so I couldn't snap a pic.

 

Spotted in CT....lol...but from MA. me.

Tell me about it. I left braintree around 10, hydroplaned acouple of times, but made it eventually. I was more concerned by the other people flying past at 80.

 

By the time the storm hit Chelsea it was little more than a rainy light show. Looked like there was a disco outside. No hail thank god. Don't think I can handle dealing with 2 vehicles in the shop at once.

 

We got hit with a bunch of hail so I parked under a tree to avoid hail damage (I was betting that we wouldn't get hit by the tornado, and luckily we didn't) The worst I had, was having to go get a carwash this morning to clear the leaves off of the car

 

I'm okay over here, glad to see other people are okay as well.

 

Oh the hail... luckily I avoided it in Milton. I could feel my temerature rise as Pete Bouchard almost came in his pants talking about the tornado and golf ball sized hail. I thought "ten years I drove the same piece of s*** and now I finally get my 8 and there's golf ball sized hail coming? Somebody's gonna die." Luckily not!

 

I was worried about the hail too then I remembered... my car is inside the autobody shop getting painted. WIN!

And then there was just rain and lightning.

 

I saw a silver rx8 with black rims and single exhaust at bass pro car show. C'mon which one of you was it? Don't make me post pics.

Yeah I know; still looking. Nice wheels btw. I was asking around and nobody knew who the owner was. We need more 8's to show up next time.

 

The only thing keeping me from showing up on Thursday is the fact I get out of work at 6pm (which may be changing very soon).

 

Thanks. Yea an exhaust would def complement that body kit nicely, some nice three inch tips. But yea the import scene is kinda weak there, we def need some more rotaries. I know a couple kids with rx7s so ill try and bring them up sometime.
