Hey you check out the link I posted in my last post? It has the link to a thread that I started a while back about fun roads to drive on

I will let you guy know. I have already made plans to do an open house that morning and travel to Richmond later to pick up something. Might be able to meet up afterwards.

I was thinking perhaps meeting up at the Walmart parking lot in Arundel Mills then going for the drive. We should hit the road Landon mentioned for sure. I am free just about anytime so if anyone of you are interested let me know when works for you.

Its alot of stipulations there, but I hate having meets turn into only 3 cars showing ya know.

One more road
I was just told of another road out here in Ellicott City that might be of intrest to you. Its college ave near old ellicott city. Aparently people call it "7 hills" because of the amount of hills and drops on the road. From what im told people frequently get airborne driving too fast down this road. Looking at the map it looks like it might be fun to cruse down but not drive like an a**. I am going to take my rental car over there and do a slow drive and see what this road is all about and I will post my results in the road thread that I started.
For the location of the road see the attached map.

Holy F*$%
OK so I drove that road SLOWLY and I gotta say anyone who takes that road faster than 25MPH has a death wish. I found that spot on the road that is all screwed up from people getting airborne and comming down hard. By the way, the nick name 7 hills was quite accurate for that road. The grades on that road are INSANE and the blind curves and hills do not help any either. If you are feeling bold by all means give that road a try but going anything faster than 25 will be a challenge for any car for sure!

All that aside I think you will like "The test track", its fun but some of the curves can be deceiving (sp) so drive it once first normally and then when you feel ok with it go ahead and take it at full speed. One other note... watch out for the gravel on some parts. You will slide into a tree or something if your not careful.

Screw 7 hills road man. Word of advice...do NOT get your girlfriend pissed off while shes driving on that road. Long story short, she drifted off the road at the top of one of the hills flying, swerved back on real hard and hit the brakes at the same time (no ABS) and started sliding sideways at an oncoming car. I sat there in the passenger seat just staring at the car coming praying they would stop. We ended up stopping just inches away from the car. Yeah that was a real fun drive the rest of the way home.

In all seriousness it seems that horror stories of this road are all over the place! Piggy backing on what dan said earlier, i have heard from others about some serious wrecks on this road. I guess next I am going to hear that the road is haunted as well LOL. This makes me wonder why they do not either close the damn road or re-do the road since its so dangerous.

but 7 hills is pretty crazy, I've had my fair share of "almosts" back when I was younger. now they're developing the area into neighborhoods so it's going to be 10x more dangerous when kids fly down that road

If you guys are anywhere near Carroll County there are some roads out there near Prettyboy Resovoir where the traffic is light, the turns are many and the death wish factor is about a 5 out of 10. PM me and I'll send you directions. Me and my buddy (who has an s2000) go out there every Sunday and its a nice cruise. Pretty accessible from Timonium/Norther PA area too.

Do a mapquest from wherever you are at to 3023 beckleysville rd, 21120. That will take you to the Prettyboy Resevoir dam and there are TONS of roads you can cruise back there. The thing is though try to remember where you're at because if you're not familiar with the roads its real easy to get lost. Maybe we'll set something up cause me and my buddy who has an S2000 go back there and cruise cause its a nice drive with some decent curves and the police are rarely back there.
