well I was talking about trying to get some people together to ride down to the mega meet on saturday, why whats going on down in solomons island?

 

i cant make it sat cuz of work.. anyone gettn ready for the md.. bbq?.. i'm pretty sure that its a stick tag on the rx7 forum.. i'm gettin my brakes and rims done for the event..

 

if i'm not doing anything saturday evening, i'll hit you up bruce. we can roll down together.

is there a meeting place and time or is this just up in the air. i may be go. how far is this from b-more. it doesnt really matter i could use a good long drive in the 8. DD whats wrong with your brakes. i only ask cause i have almost every part(excluding rear rotors and pads lying around)give it a week and those will be extra too. see yall around. JB

 

I think it's just up in the air but since I work all the time it doesn't matter to me. It's about 1:30 from bmore but it's a nice ride and solomon's island is a cool little place surrounded by the bay and the patuxent river. My shop isn't on the water but I have the best damn donut you will ever have!! Always hot and hand dipped!

 

if there are people that want to get together to ride down, we could meet at arundel mills mall at around 5:00, 5:30 then get on 95 South and just cruise down there, just let me know so Im not wasting my time by going there tomorrow

 

Whatever you guys want to do... but you're gonna make me jealous because my car is still on it's way from missouri!!! It would be cool to check out everyone else's 8's though

 

Just bought a white RX8, I'm in Frederick.

 

I can't do it this weekend but another one would be great.

nope, I was pissed cause I forgot my camera but Im sure somebody probably got some. It was a pretty good event, just make sure you show up like a half hour early cause the main lot fills up quick. I heard that all the shopping center parking lots around the main lot were completely filled too. So yeah there was definitely PLENTY of nice cars there and its only the first meet so its probably just gonna get bigger

 

I have a black grand touring 8, and it'll usually be spotted in northern Montgomery County...if you live in Montgomery Village with a Red 8, you've already seen it!

 

I saw a black 8 with a bunch of decals on it the other day. i was in the white rx7 and i waved.. not sure if you here but oh well figured i post...

yeah I parked next to one that was stock and there was one more that had pretty much everything done to it, I think there was a total of only 5 mazdas in the main lot, pretty lame if you ask me

 

yea mazda presence overall was lacking on saturday... i stayed mainly with my car club and then we split around 9:30...

 

were you in one of the other lots?? cause I only seen one other 8 in the main lot.
