well, i have to say that every turkey has its own thanksgiving day and i got mine!!!

a few days ago i got pulled over by a state trooper on Rt.50 and Rt.410 (PG county) and these are the charges

-driving vehicle in excess of reasonable and prudent speed on highway.(90+ mph)

-driver changing lanes when unsafe.

-negligent driving vehicle in careless and imprudent manner endangering property, life and person.

so now my questions are, do you know any lawyer that can help me out of this one, anything i could do myself, etc etc etc.

hopefully you guys can help me out on this one. this doesn't look good to me.

btw, i have a clean record with no points.

Wow. You must have pissed him off. That clean record will help. Fight to keep it.

Sound like careless driving is the worst, assuming that doesn't mean reckless driving. You definitely need a good lawyer. This is going to cost you a couple grand win or lose, but at least if you win you can keep your license and not get royally screwed by the insurance companies for the next five years (for several more thousand dollars).

Scott C. Athen got a 26-over ticket in Baltimore County reduced to PBJ (probation before judgment) for a total of about $500 including the fine. Keeping my record clean was worth that. Some of his follow-up wasn't great (got my name and other things completely wrong on his letter to me after the trial), but he dd get the job done.

Once it's over, stop driving like a dick.

well, now that you mention that i think i did. and just for the record im not taking pride on this but he told me he tried to keep up with me for a while before he caught up to me. but anyways, we'll see how it goes down.
