btw, has any of you guys lowered your 8? i was looking to do it but i heard i need to measure the pressure on the springs... or some ****.. haha how did you dudes do it?

 

its a lengthy process but by no means do it if you have no knowledge of switching out springs. you might kill yourself! theres a bunch of people here that are dropped.

 

ha... I didnt kill myself when I changed mine, but I did fall asleep under my car from exhaustion.... never do spring alone ( friends dont let friends do springs alone) lol

Just have someone help you out that's done it before, if you dont think your up for the challenge take it to a shop....it'll cost more to get them put on then you paid for them though

 

my friend did mine and he had access to a lift but he did have a hard, frustrating time doing it..

I saw Titanium Silver 8 on the LIE on satruday around noon. If you were driving on the LIE we were litterally next to each other I was in the black 8

Where on the LIE...I have a '04 TS w/ a Mets magnet by my tail light....o and a few weeks ago i pulled up next to a black 8 on lakeville road in Great Neck. the guy said he was from Massapequa

 

Yea we def need to have a meet soon...i went to a what was supposed to be a G35 meet @ the source mall two weeks ago. It turned out to be all types of cars. there was some guy from queens that showed up w/ his 8. he's w/ team Envy

It was this past saturday on my way to Smith haven mall....I was on the LIE around noonish I was around the 30's maybe early 40's at the point....when I saw the TS 8...not long after that a Dodge Viper and Ferrari passed me by sort of wanting to play but i couldnt because technically at that moment I was still in break in period and had my parents in the car, lol...actually

but fellas a bunch of us get together on tuesdays around 8-9ish in Rutherford NJ it is litterally about 30 mins from me in Queens. If you guys are interested...maybe one day we can meet up off the LIE (Mauris exit) and we can caravan to NJ. I missed last week and this week but hopefully if the weather is nice I'll be there next week. We meet up at the Starbucks and just chill bs and talk. When it is nicer out we'll be meeting at the real spot on route 17 by a hollihans which allowed all makes and models to come out and meet on tuesdays...it gets huge....

 

So fellas how many of ya'll are down to chill on a tuesday? We have really good turn out in Rutherford, NJ...I missed the past couple but we always have people come out from NY i.e. queens, BX, SI.

So Im trying to rally up a few more people to come out and attend some of these get togethers. Good people we chill at a starbucks (while it is off season) but when it is nice out we meet up on route 17 by hoolihans which gave us permisison to use it on tuesday nights.

So anyone interested?

But we should try to do the Source Mall top level this time, maybe at like 7 or 8 one day during the week. Maybe the same day as that G35 meet so we can all drive over to there meet after ours... Jayar can scare off all the bmw owners...

the source wouldn't be a bad idea. Theres gottta be a company that will allow us to use there lot, someplace that we can bs them and tell them it will bring them business.... BUT WHERE????????????????
