I need to get some feasible November dates from Jeff and am also still waiting to hear back from Dave on shop availability.

I'll kick off the new thread in the next couple days. In the meantime, I recommend we cap the # of spots to 5 (4 would be even better). This will increase the actual per car cost but will make it a much more effective session. I've yet to see one of these end at a reasonable hour.

Will be opening a new thread tonight. I heard back from Dave @ KDR (SpeedOne) yesterday and he is totally up for having us back out for another run of it.

I'll get tentative pricing up with the new thread and will work with Jeff and Dave to finalize those ###s over the next couple days.

Will commit to 4 spots with the possibility of adding a 5th if there's interest.

1. ShellDude
2. Pico
3. Adamwzl
4. Hockey-RX8
*5. Stinksause
*6. Rkendrick
*7. 200.mph
*8. Killermurph
*9. L337fpc

Clearly we have enough interest. By limiting open spots we're ensuring that everyone gets the dyno/Jeff time they're entitled to and (hopefully) we end at a reasonable hour which would open the door for an evening of dinner and gala...

A follow-up session for those who are not ready now in the Spring certainly seems reasonable. If we can divide and conquer now it'll make it that much easier for everyone in the long run.

Given the additional time it takes to tune FI, I will also be assessing a higher charge for those, like me, that require the extra time.

I understand the need to separate the tuning session into two groups. What's the strategy for how the 2nd session will be conducted. More specifically, are we looking at another fall or spring session? I'm cool either way, just trying to see our this will be arranged.

If we can get 4 people to commit to sharing both the shop and tuner costs far enough in advance to 11/19/11 then those 4 people will be able to be tuned now.

If there is a group of 4 or more people that want to do the same thing in the Spring, Summer, or whenever next year then we can visit it as we get closer to whatever that target date/timeframe is.

There's very little strategy involved. If as a group of folks want me to drive a Spring SE PA dyno I'm more than happy to do so, even if I'm not on the list. If someone else wants to do the coordination then I'll provide whatever support, if any, they need.

If for some reason we can't get the $$$ commitment for 11/19 then you can safely assume I'll be pushing a Spring session because I'll have a vested interest in it.

Definitely count me in for the spring. This winter I'm planning to transition my '8 to FI. It will be perfect timing for a new MM map.
