Yes, the car has gas, 70k miles, automatic transsmission. When I bought this car there were some oil around it, also the map sensor was burn out and it seems the car had a backfire. However, I went ahead and end up buying a new map sensor but the car does no start. I try starting it for around 30 min and deflooding it at the same time but nothing. And the ECU does not communicate with my OBD!!

make sure the fuse that feeds the OBD connector is not blown. (did you already check all the fuses and relays) the engne is not getting either fuel or spark.

I checked all fuses today and they are all fine. Then I decided to turn on the car once again and after a couple of spins the car suddendly began to work and a lot of white smoke came out from the muffler. As the engine was running the car had a couple of backfires but I notice that the intake mainfold is also getting some backfire which I kind of got afraid that it may burn the map sensor again and I shut the engine off. Later i try turning it on again but the car didnt which I believe the car might be flooded again. Now my question is that if the engine is having some back fire going back into the intake mainfold thats that mean there is something wrong in the engine???? Also when I bought this car the map sensor was burn and the intake box have to have some melted plastic inside!!

do you mean MAF (mass air flow) sensor? You'll probably need a new one!

I've been to the auto parts store before to use their free ODBII reading service. At times they have problems connecting their readers to the connector. Your reader needs to be not only ODBII, but also CAN buss compatible to get a reading.
If you were able to get it running, I would say the computer is operational. The white smoke was probably excess fuel being burned off. You may have one or more bad components in the ignition system.

I was successfully able to star the car over and over again using the deflooding technique but the car did not want to remain idle. So I hold the accelerator and let the car run for 20 min!!! meanwhile I pulled my OBD and see what codes I pulled up and they were:

p-0302 P0302 Code - Cylinder #2 Misfire
p-0336 P0336 Crankshaft Position Sensor Range/Performance
P-0661N intake manifold tuning valve control circuit low bank 1
P-0125 Insufficient coolant temperature for closed loop fuel control ( I added coolant and engine showed right temp)
P-0171 P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1)
P-2259 secondary air injection system control |B| circuit low
P-0302 P0302 Cylinder 2 Two Misfire Detected ( All coil packs were replace and spark plugss)
???
?????
???

The car also have a flashing check engine light but I wanted the pulled the codes before any more damages. As I read the codes the car was smooking a little and I figure out maybe thats normal since the car was sitting down for a while. Then suddendly my OBD shut off before i could get the other code and the car die out. I restarted it again but the OBD fuse on the car kept on breaking. So what I did is raised the car and what I found out is that the cat have over heated to the point it was bright red!!! and cause the cable around the transsmission to melt down!!!! Anyways what do you all think. Any comments will be appreciated.
