GT Live/MazdaDays 07 at VIR
I posted about this over on the Mazda Owners of America website, but I'm spreading the word here as well. Instead of typing it all over again, I'm going to just copy and paste it haha. This is basically a duplicate of what I posted in the SE section. I'm posting it here as well so that we don't leave out you guys from the NE that don't frequent the SE section (being that the event is in VA and all). Take note of the discount code: 'WIBOB'.

GT Live is returning to VIR on October 6th and 7th this year for Round 2. Hopefully, there will be less (read: NO) rain this year. Jonny was the guy from VA with the White TII RX-7 who spanked up on the competition in the lap battle last year. He did that on a wet track, which means he will be even faster this year (provided it's dry).
MazdaDays is returning again this year. The NC Rotaries car club (formally known as the rrdi ... we realized that over half of our members were not Raleigh residents which resulted in a name change) is preparing to make this the best Mazda meet on the east cost. To do that we need LOTS AND LOTS of Mazda cars to show up. There is a possibility that Mazda USA will provide some things for us. I'll keep you posted on that.
Also, this year we have discounts! You can use the promo code 'WIBOB' when buying your tickets to get you $5 off a weekend pass, or $2 off a one day pass. Motorsports at a discount... mmmm mmmm good. The code is multi use, so feel free to distribute it as you wish.
I'm slowly making my way around to the different forums I'm registered at and posting information about it. I'll point them to this thread (free advertisement for mazooa and GT Live at the same time
). If any of you guys could help me out and post on your respective boards, that would be great! Direct them here too so we can get some kind of singular point of Mazda hot going on. So far, I've got the rx8club.com, rx7club.com, and rx8web.com covered (can you tell I'm a rotary owner hahaha).

Yes. All events are open on Sunday. If it's like last year, the GS class of the Koni cup races on Sunday. You'll miss the speedsource guys race though since they race in the ST class.

Fan festival registration is open. The festival registration doesn't cost anything (but tickets to the event do). Go to the link at the bottom, fill in your info, and select MazdaDays in the dropdown menu.
