FS: Winter tires (NJ)
I have a set of winter tires with specs as follows:
Bridgestone Blizzak WS-50 225-50-R17
ASA EM975 rims 17x7, +40 offset, hub 73mm
Tread is 6-8/32", still has enough meat left. There are 2 bolt patterns, I used the 5x114.3, not sure the other size.
Used 2 winters on a Maxima. I can't use these on my current Mazda 6 (too low of an offset).
Got the centering/hub rings. (I'm 99.9% sure the RX8 uses 73/67.1 ring and 5x114.3 bolt pattern, but I do not have documentation.) I have a set of lug nuts but will need to test if they are long enough to mount the wheels.
$600, will meet within reasonable distance from Flemington NJ or Oakland NJ area. Selling as a set of 4 wheels/tires, will not ship so locals only.
If these wheels do not fit/cannot be used on the RX8 ... my apologies

Can someone confirm the 8 has a hub bore size of 67.1mm? I'm pretty sure it's the same across all the Mazda lines, but I can't find definitive specs/docs on the RX series model OEM wheels/tires fitment.
The other thing I need to know is the lug thread pitch size. I know my 6 is 12x1.5, is it the same for the 8? (It's usually imprinted in very small letters on the lug nut itself, if you happen to take it off.) Again I think Mazda has it the same across all models.
Upon confirmation of the above 2 pieces of info, I'll go out and get the hub ring and the lug nuts - thus two fewer things to worry about.
I think the only real issue is whether the low +40 offset can cause fender rubbing or not.

Hey John, thanks again for the effort, but I found a set in my area. Good luck with your sale, and try to take a break... working seven days a week is not good for the soul! lol

DG, you don't live too far from me, you're welcome to stop by one of these days to check how it fits. The hub ring should be in my mail soon, then I'll go stop by Autozone for the lug nuts. The wheels will fit, it's just a question of whether there will be any issue with the fender. (fender rolled = good)
Beth, thanks for trying and your patience. I have a straight 7 days off at the end of the month, going to VT to ski, and no employer is going to talk me into shortening that
