Force fed anyone???

I just stumbled upon the mazdatrix supercharger kit and was wondering if anyone in the area had it or wants to get it.
I've seen the big shops developing blower kits but no turbo(except for Greddy).

I'm just curious cause of the #s theyre getting out of the kit...
5k for the greddy kit is just way too much for what you gain. It seems like some juice would be the way to go. then again if the blowers fall somewhere in between, both price and output its a no brainer.

Your mixing superchargers and turbo's. They both force induce higher pressure combustion air, but a supercharger is constant engine driven (typically belt), whereas a turbo is exhaust gas driven at a set cut-in threshold.

All I want to know is if there are any of you guys running around with one of these kits...I've seen the Greddy kit on a 8, but thats it. I havent seen anything else.

Perhaps you could find more information in the first sticky in the major horsepower upgrade section.

Maybe...
