I don't tend to make it to these boards very often is their a list I can get added onto to make sure I'm at future events? Sounds like a good time and I don't want to miss out.

Also, I know this past weekend Honda held an S2K gathering at Honda Marysville with around 40 S2K's showing up, would be neat if one of our local dealerships would like to get involved with something like that.

Just wanted to introduce myself. I got my RX8 back in October 2004 - one of the first 2005 models to hit the shores - and found this board a while back but didn't have time to explore. Glad to see there's a Columbus presence here.

I had a thought. The Rolex Grand Am race at Mid-Ohio is coming up on June 24. For those not watching, this is where the Speedsource guys are campaigning 2 RX-8's with excellent results so far!

Seems like this would be a good time for a caravan for a day or more of fun in the sun!

I could easily be talked into the whole weekend of events or just the race that Sunday.

if i can go id be interested. starting a new job so not sure what my schedule will be like, but im a tentative yes and think at least sunday is very doable

And I'm DEFINITELY interested in the Mid-Ohio caravan...I've been watching the races on Speed, and would love to see the cars in person. Count me in. Do you think they'd let me be the pace car? :-)

To those interested. We have finally moved into our new shop and hooking the Dynojet up today. We will soon be setup to host dyno days or gatherings. Right now we have one planned for July, which will be a combo of rotary and non rotary vehicles.

My car finally goes in Tuesday to have the kit fitted and painted. Can we push it back a couple weekends? I'd like to be able to get the car out for all to see. I think the tires are starting to get flat spots!!!

unfortunately i dont forsee being able to make it to mid-ohio. im in a wedding this weekend and with f1 on the 17th i dont think i can score that many sundays off

 

Hey Gang,

I've been trying to sell my wheels in the for sale section at $1750.00 shipped(original $2250) approx. 6k on the tires and 3k on the wheels. The reason there is a difference is that I received a new set of the same wheels but kept the same tires.

Would anyone be interested in buying them locally? I would immediately knock off $150 because I wouldn't have to ship them. I think that it's a fair price and the wheels are in perfect condition. MOst of you have seen them so you know what I'm talking about.
