Best Mazda Dealer to go to for service in Maryland?

I have an issue with my tranny its very loud whinny sound when in neutral and also just cruising in gears 1-3. I believe it might be the throwout bearing but I'm not too sure. I've had this problem since I got the car used with 36k miles now at 42k.

I had my bad expeirences with Fitzgerald Mazda of Annapolis who wanted to charge me $1600 upfront for a diagnosis on this issue.

So does anyone in MD know of a good dealer from anywhere on the Eastern Shore to Baltimore?

A good 2 hours. I work right down the street from Rosenthal, but I dont drive into work. I take the metro.

I can go to them but I really dislike driving through the city. I was wondering if anyone know's of a good dealer a little closer to where I live.

I've taken mine to Rosenthal in Arlington a few times. 2 being positive, 1 negative. Could be a good Saturday trip, lots to do in Arlington!

It might be out of your way, but I would recommend Heritage Mazda in Bel Air. I have gone there twice since I got my RX8 and both times have been positive.

^ Thanks for your input klanham, but I decided to bit the bullet and take it to Rosenthal in Arlington. Its a bit of a drive for me so they will have my car for a whole week . Hopefully I get the chance to get it back before the sushi meet.

Their about both equal distance. But I do work in Arlington so I can check up on the car during lunch with a quick metro ride.
