For the first official time, the B&B Exhaust got me in trouble. I was on my way home from getting some late night food with a couple of buddies. I ended up at a light on Newbury St. in Boston right as the bars were getting out. I was at the light for awhile so I started futzing with the Ipod. Light turns green, I forget I took the car out of gear, so what happens..... 9 grand blip and exhaust wakes up everyone within a 2 mile radius. And if that wasn't enough, the backfire on the way back down the RPMs sealed it. Next block, 1 Boston PoPo cruiser and a Paddy wagon. Next thing I know, I've got 3 cops standing around my car. Luckily I got off with a warning (since throughout this whole ordeal I wasn't doing anymore than about 5 miles per hour cause the car wasn't in gear). But hooooly crap were these guys pissed. They thought I tried to drop the clutch and missed. Whew, one bullet dodged.
I think B&B needs to place a surgeon general's warning or something on the package saying "exhaust has been known to attract large amounts of attention from men in blue uniforms".

He is still my hero, love that piece of metal to death. I just need to make sure I have the car in gear when driving in the city late at night, hehe.
I think that I should reinstall my K&N intake and challenge Justin to a sound off to see who is King of the Decibels. :p
Announcer's voice: In the blue corner is the undisputed champ sporting a K&N Typhoon and a stainless steel Billy Boat exhaust. People familiar with the champ will undoubtedly remember the metallic rasp and in the red corner is the challenger who once wore the crown of the loudest RX-8 in New England. This time he is back with a vengeance and is not pulling any punches with a K&N Typhoon, Borla exhaust, and... a Random Tech high flow cat! This is a brawl that you won't want to miss. :D

lol , I do something like that all the time .. go into the garage parking lot at south shore plaza .. make sure theres NO KIDS runnning around , and floor it till it hits 9 k and shift to 2nd .. the whole floor of mercedes and lexus alarms go off .. and you park your car and you feel like you just did something bad, but It does seem pretty cool after a while ... lol
Keep in mind I have a B&B mid pipe, K&N intake, and magnaflow exhaust ..

Yah, they were def hoping i was, but all they got was ginger ale and orbit :-)
The B&B is MUCH louder than the Borla. Although I might have to say TiGrey might be louder with the midpipe on.
