There is nothing that we did last night that could have caused that hole in that particular location, or any location really. It's not a huge hole, but it's enough that I won't pass inspection which I have to do by the end of this freaking month. They can hopefully just weld it. We'll see though. I just PM'd the seller.

btw Sonic was awsome, you guys missed a good time, lots of cars NO cops, great food and company, of course there was a few kids acting like a$$hol3s, but overall we had a good time!

 

Thats gonna be interesting...i'm going on vacation in 2 weeks...so there won't really be any more install meets for a bit.

On a related note, I got my door amp in the mail finally. NOw I just gotta find the time to install it and hopefully the speaker problems will be history.

 

So far so good. No problems, the idle has settled down now that it's learned what to expect. I'm still reluctant to push it just because of the noise we were hearing, but the car is driving just fine and sounds tasty with the Borla on. I'm taking it in to get inspected this week, so hopefully they can fix the hole and don't wind up telling me it's no good.

Strakes are on, and the mud guards go on today as long as they arrive and it doesn't rain. We still doing Sonic this Thurs?

ill be up this week finally did my oil change ,transmission fluid, and dif fluid. couple hours and a mess later finally got done. i really needed to have bought a pump damn gravity method is a pain. so we meeting at sonic first or install meet first?

im gonna cry... my car won't be ready until next week...maybe longer. I will keep every1 posted. I'm gonna raise a **** storm tomorrow morning. They had the car since 7/5...appraisal since 7/8. Its 7/20...and they are still ordering parts...

sucks man. start calling them every day to get it done. That is way too much time.

 

the head light is holding the car up...b/c my original appraisal was for a halogen...not a HID. Dealer is getting a used one b/c new...it may total the car. New w/ all bulbs, ballast, and auto leveler is close to 2.5k at OE pricing.

But I have the manager's word that they will do everything possible to get it ready by 7/30. My flight leaves at 6...lol. Christ this is gonna be close...
