St Louis area 8 owners
Twiztid,
If you and your special project are "near Columbia," how close to Fulton does that put you? It looks like you're a stone's throw from me, which is a lot closer than the bow shot to St Louis. Linking up with folks closer at hand makes good sense to me, since a road trip could start "in the neighborhood," rather than after a long hike to the Starting Line.
Give me a shout if you want to go cruising or just swap stories. There could be beer involved with the stories...but not the driving.

James im still up there on Mizzou gameday weekends and will be back up there for homecoming in the G35 so we may have to catch up and grab a drink...if im sober enough to drive on friday/saturday...but until then post some pics of that monster
If anyone besides Tim wants to come out and help pull parts off we are meeting around 2:45 today at the body shop and you can text me for details. Looks like Sam is about to ditch us and join the 350z club.

the z i'm probably gonna buy is one sexy machine. slammed on coilovers, 19" axis shines powder coated black, full exhaust, stage 1 clutch, lightweight flywheel, racing pulleys, full sound system, and he says there more little stuff he is gonna show me
Since James isn't on here much. Here's a few shots I got of the project at Andy's.
Also we hit some backroads on a different night. It made driving my Rx-8 later feel like Prius, I want an FD even more now haha.
I'm still around just not as often been a busy week and haven't even stopped by till today.
Thanks for posting the pics now i need to really clean her up and make her look like a car and not a project.

Twiztid,
The wife, the daughter, and I are doing NaNoWriMo at the Fulton Library this morning. Then I'm gonna try to link up with a guy's son at Approved Automotive (their shop on the south side of town) so I can put the BEA5T up on a life for a good once-over inspection underneath. I also intend to do some trim painting to highlight the front and rear grilles in metallic blue. [It's a theme I've got going, thanks to the former owner, Logan.]
So... if you find you have some spare time, yeah, we could cruise WW, perhaps even extending the drive onto Route O south and west. I could show you the Callaway Plant where I work, from a short distance. I make a pretty effective tour guide.
