So im removing the grill from the front bumper today since i think it looks ugly and i painted the big beam or whatever behind it black and removed the foam. And i was thinking about moving my liscense plate to one of the sides on the bottom of the bumper but instead figured that it would look pretty nice back in the hole where the grill used to be. So after making up some brackets im going to mount it back there and in my opinion i think it will look ten times better than sitting out on the front of the bumper. I'll try and get a camera to take some pictures soon since mine broke that might be a problem though.

Im not sure that is the greatest Idea it will leave your ac condensor and radiator open to debris not to mention if your air intake if its not stock... also the license plate in the front of the grill like that causes the car to run hotter believe it or not just some food for thought

 

I used to have it like that but ive already gotten pulled over twice for not having a plate and it isnt even worth it, so figured i would just put it there.

 

CF05 is right. and i still run without it never been pulled over but i have the sexy blue haha

 

Forgot to mention i plan on buying some type of mesh grill i havent found it yet but ill show some pics once its all done.

 

rx8, i have an autechnica grill, love it, not sure if they make them any more, but it was fairly priced and looks awesome.
