For anyone who doesn't know what Kool Deadwood Nites is: Kool Deadwood Nites in Deadwood, South Dakota

I had no idea, but looks cool. I don't know much about older cars but I like the aesthetics of them. It's a Thursday-Sunday event. If we did go that would you guys propose we do? And it's in late August so yea, should give us enough time if we get it worked out.

Hah well bowman would basically be on the way! I just dunno how many people we would be able to get considering how few people are up here. :P

 

And if all else fails we can always do just a meet-up in Bismarck too.

 

I wouldn't mind it as a hangout, but would rather try going somehwere that has nice roads rather than the flat palins of ND for some nice driving. Hate that there is nowhere good to go here.

Saw another 8 that looks exactly like mine, gray S1 here in Fargo. Plate was like hsf 034 or something like that.

 

Just got you message , as I said my 8 was totaled last fall, but if there was a meet I might be interested in tagging along

 

and as far as nice fun roads in ND... they are all congested with oil trucks these days.... the drive north of Killdeer used to be ALOT of fun, but now you would be behind about 15 trucks and would have rock chips galore.

I think i've seen about 3 in Fargo that I haven't been able to meet yet. Black, red, and another gray. There are more people here than I realized.

 

Racers Evolution was able to partner with Grand Theater in Bismarck for a special showing of FF7 next month, April 2nd. I'm planning on going and would like to see a couple more people there as well!

Starts at 6pm for the show, Pepsi is providing free food and drinks it looks like, and the movie starts at 10pm with a possible night cruse. Price is going to be around $10-12 on sale about a week before and day of the meet. You can find them on facebook as well, hope to see someone there!

 

I will most likely be there! not sure if Ill have my 8 with me though... gotta get a tire fixed before I head back up to bismarck so I might have to take my DD for awhile again.

 

Due to circumstances I wasn't able to make it to Bismarck for the meet but I saw the pictures on facebook and saw some cool RX8s up there. I'll admit, I even got a little excited when I saw them.

 

Wish you could have made it man! Me and Dat2rtr were the only rotaries there. But I must admit there was a LS swap 8 there that was very very sweet

 

Ah yea I saw that! If I had the money or know-how to do that swap I think I would, but sadly I have neither. There were some really nice cars there, would have been nice to take some pictures of my own.

 

This weekend in Devils Lake theres autocross! Its a pretty small venue. I didnt get out of first gear last year and did reasonably well in PAX and raw on garbage tires and stock suspension. Hopefully someone else will make the drive out there with me!

 

Hey everyone i'm scheduling an event for late september for a cruise! Here is the planned trip:




Going to be getting some more details ironed out but this is the plan, i'll keep everyone in the loop.

 

Is this just an RX-8 cruise? or are there going to be other people involved as well?

 

This is going to be a rotary only cruise. I think there will be a couple people with a 7.

 

That'd be badass! how many days would it be or is it just a long day drive?
